Safety and privacy

Your coaching conversations, journal entries and approved memories are private to you. They are not shared with other members, mentors, moderators or an employer who sponsored your seat.

An organisation that sponsors memberships sees aggregate engagement only, and only above a minimum cohort size. It cannot see individual messages, journals, goals or check-ins.

The coach only remembers what you approve, in plain language you can read, edit and delete. Private journal entries are never silently turned into memory.

Voice is transcribed so the coach can respond. The recording itself is not kept unless you separately turn that on, and you can delete audio without deleting the transcript.

You can export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account.
